To LCM Events

• Events may be filmed, recorded or photographed, under license from LCM, for use in any and all forms of media, by entering you agree to be seen and or heard in said media.
• All LCM concerts and events operate under an unreserved seating basis unless otherwise stated.
• Seating is not guaranteed for all audience members, people who arrive late may have to stand, this does not entitle anyone to a refund.
• LCM, event venues or any contracted companies are not responsible for any lost or damaged property at our events.
• Anyone in attendence at any LCM event accepts that LCM will not be liable for injury or harm caused to any persons in attendence at any of our events by any persons behaviour. 
• Tickets are strictly non refundable, unless in the case of an event being cancelled, change of date or change of venue (more than 30km away).
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are not the responsibility of LCM and will not be replaced.
• Show times may be later than advertised.
• All instructions from LCM representatives must be followed.
• Any behaviour that a LCM representative deems to be anti social will not be accepted and may result in eviction from the venue without refund.
• Special needs seating will be facilitated with 24 hours notice.
• Photo id may be required for collection of tickets at the event.
• Bars may close during performances.
• Supporting performers may be changed without notice, this does not entitle anyone to refund, only a change in headline performer warrants refund.
• Any decision made by LCM is final.
